A TRIP TO EUROPE
The trip to four different countries of Europe was the most memorable trip of
mine. It is a continent full of history, fashion and beauty. This travel was a bit
different from others as this was not a family trip but a trip with my school
friends. Our tip began in Heidelberg, Germany. We first visited an university in
Heidelberg and talked with the students there to know more about their
curriculum and then had lunch with them in their canteen. We being Indians,
the only bad thing there is the food as the food doesn’t have salt and spices at
all. Then the Old Bridge and the stunning view of the Heidelberg Castle felt like
a dream. Then the streets lined with cafes and small shops made the place look
aesthetic.
Then the next country we visited was Austria – The land of mountains. The
most beautiful place I visited there was the Austrian Alps. We took a cable car
to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the snow-covered peaks. It was very
cold and peaceful. I clicked a lot of pictures and then we had some snacks.
The next country was Switzerland, known for snow covered mountains and
crystal clear lakes. The Rhine Falls in Switzerland is the most powerful waterfall
in Europe, located on the High Rhine. The falls felt truly magical. We stood on
the street right beside the waterfall – the sound was so loud that we had to
raise our voices to talk. There were some cafes nearby where we sat and
enjoyed some hot chocolate while watching the magical falls. At the end I
buyed some souvenirs and gifts for my friends and family.
The last country I visited was France. We bagan our journey in Paris – the city
of love. Our first stop was the Eiffel Tower. Seeing it in real felt like dream
come true. We went up to the top and enjoyed the stunning view of the entire
city. The next day we visited the Louvre Museum, home to Mona Lisa. The
museum was very big filed with incredible paintings and sculptures. That night
we had our flight back to India.
My journey to Europe will always hold a special place in my heart. It was a
journey full of beauty and laughter.
